TERMS OF PAYMENT: If the booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount must be paid by credit card on the net. If the booking is made more than 30 days prior to arrival, payments can be by credit cards or invoices. By invoicing, 50% of the amount is due 16 days after day of booking. The rest is due 30 days prior to arrival. A reservation is a binding agreement. If cancellation is made, the cancellation rules must be followed. If payments are not made on time, Skeikampen Booking will reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
We are using Klarna as supplier of our till for bookings online. This means that we can transfer your peronal information in the form of contact- and booking details to Klarna when the page with the till is down loaded, in order for Klarna to handle your purchase. Your tranferred personal information will be handled according to Klarnas own personal declaration.
CANCELLATION RULES: If the booking is cancelled more than 1 month prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee per unit. Cancellations made later than 1 month prior to arrival, the amount will not be refunded.
FORCE MAJEURE: Skei Booking AS is not responsible for unfavourable weather conditions, closed facilities, or other happenings outside of our control. We reserve the rights for wrong pricing, description of services and tecnical problems which can occur. The parties can dismiss the agreement if the accommodation can not be used due to acts of war, natural disasters, longer stops of water or electricity, and similar occurances which neither Skei Booking nor guest could expect or prevent. In reference to occurences which is outside of Skei Booking’s control, Skei Booking has a right to move the guest to a similar, or better, accommodation. If possible, the guest must be informed in advance of these changes. These changes do not give the guest the right to not pay for the stay.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Check in after 1600 hrs arrival day, on some busy days it might not be until 1700 hrs. Check out before 1100 hrs departure day. Late check out will be charged with 500 NOK. Check in at the Skeikampen Booking reception, located at Sanatorievegen 27 B, 2652 Svingvoll, Norway.
The guest will be invoiced after departure for damages to the accommodation which are discovered after the guest has checked out, and are not paid for upon departure. This includes also smoking indoors. To charge an electric vehicle from the cabin/apartment is prohibited.
ROAD DIRECTIONS: From the south; drive the E6 to Lillehammer, take the first exit north of Lillehammer towards Gausdal and road number 255. Follow road 255 through the valley of Gausdal, through Follebu and on to Segalstad Bru. In Segalstad Bru, keep going straight, on to road number 254. Follow this road up to Svingvoll (9,5km). In Svingvoll, take left towards Skei (8km). The reception to Skeikampen Booking is located at Sanatorievegen 27 B, 2652 Svingvoll, Norway.

The road toll for the Veslesetervegen (between Skei and Austlid) is upgraded Summer 2019 to an automatic toll barrier (licence plate recognition). Every passing costs NOK 60,- plus extra collectors fee if you have not registrered. We strongly recommend you to register on this web site prior to visiting Skeikampen, so the payment will be automatic; https://www.youpark.no On the site, you can choose the type of pass that suits you. You pay for passing the toll from Skei towards Austlid, not the other way. The toll is placed just west of the crossing Veslesetervegen-Nersetervegen, and is valid for all cabins on roads located west of the river (for exampel Veslesetervegen, Glåmhaugen, Brannåsvegen, Liaråket, Vestlia, Klevabergvegen, Fjellstuevegen, Lisetervegen, Fangstvegen, Svarttjernvegen).
GENERAL INFORMATION: All units contain duvets and pillows in accordance to number of beds. Bed linnen can be rented at the reception or you can coose to bring you own. Please note all the units are smoke free. Fire wood is not included, but can be bought in the super marked or on most gas stations on the way up.
LATE ARRIVALS: When arriving after the reception is closed, the key will be put in a green mail box on the outside of the entrance, where it can be picked up.
